The following error is shown during Mail2World related task execution:
Invalid mailbox or you do not have management permissions
Password for admin user is either different in OA and Mail2World external system or admin account is disabled.
go to Provider CP > Services > Applications > Mail2World > Resource Types, find the resource of type
Application, click it, switch to Activation Parameters > Global Settings and find credentials to Mail2World panel there
- login to the panel and check status of admin account
If the account is disabled, please contact Mail2World support. They will activate this account and also verify the correct password for admin account.
