A subscription is unable to complete the switch. Appropriate tasks keep in "Rescheduled" state as the following one:

Such tasks performs switch between offers on the Microsoft side. This operation can be time consuming.
Check MOP for the corresponding customer and sitelog on the MOSI Gateway regarding the callbacks from the MS side.
Contact Odin Technical Support in order to clarify the situation on the MOSI Gateway. If the call is not received from the Microsoft side, it is required to contact Microsoft support for further clarifications.
