In the Customer Control Panel, go to Account tab, click Admins, select some user and click Manage Advanced Settings. The following error will be thrown:
You do not have permissions to see the screen.
This issue was reported to the OA maintenance team as POA-90440: "Error: "You do not have permissions to see the screen" appears on attempt to manage advanced settings in Customer Control Panel" and fixed in OA 6.0 update 3.
To fix the issue, please update your OA environment to OA 6.0 update 3 or later.
To workaround the issue, please do the following:
- Login into Provider/Reseller Control Panel.
- Go to System > Users.
- Find the user and click on its Login Name.
- Go to Roles tab and add the desired role.
