IP Mirror requires Province (state) to be set in domain contacts for domain registration to be successful. However, is not possible to enter state during purchasing a domain with the IP Mirror plug-in in store.
Moreover, if a province (state) is filled in in Japanese, domain registration with IP Mirror fails.
State field absence for a domain contact in store is classified as PBAS-30328 and was fixed in OBAS 4.5.7 release.
The IP mirror plug-in uses RAPI that requires all data submitted to it to be in ASCII format, therefore it is impossible to use hieroglyphs in contact fields. As a workaround, please use Latin names for Japanese states.
To resolve the issue, please upgrade to 4.5.7 as described in How to upgrade OBAS system to the latest available version.
Workaround for 4.5.6
If upgrade is not an option for you, there is a hotfix for 4.5.6 version. To install it, please download 64-bit hotfix or 32-bit hotfix depending on your OS and install it by running the commands below.
For 64-bit OS:
# rpm -Uvh hspc-plugin-dm-ipmirror-4.5.6-41.swsoft.x86_64.rpm # hspc-upgrade-manager --finish
For 32-bit OS:
# rpm -Uvh hspc-plugin-dm-ipmirror-4.5.6-41.swsoft.i386.rpm # hspc-upgrade-manager --finish
hspc-upgrade-manager --finish will cause OBAS downtime for several minutes.
