After an IP address was changed in Hiding section for a Reseller, that Reseller's RCC became not accessible. The following message appears in a browser:
The page isn't redirecting properly
Add into DNS checkbox was not ticked under
Top > Account Director > Reseller Manager > Resellers > Reseller > Hiding section. Therefore, OBAS did not update DNS records for the Reseller's domain name automatically.
Please either tick the Add into DNS checkbox or make sure that the specified domain name is assigned to the selected IP address in your DNS.
