There an Order number, say, 12345 that is still Open despite its transaction is in Completed status.
In the Action log there is a failed task Payment Processing: Update Billing Info for Document #12345 with the following error in the problem reported attached:

Another observable symptom is Domain Registration subscription end date is an incorrect format like 30-Dec-1 instead of 30-Dec-2016.
There are several documents with wrong date 30-Dec-0 under Top > Billing Director > Receivable > Documents.
- There is a traffic overusage invoice that mismatches with actual traffic amounts.
The issue is caused by incorrect handling of the Daylight saving time and is classified as PBAS-30238. It was fixed in OBAS 4.5.6
To resolve the issue, please upgrade to 4.5.6 as described in How to upgrade OBAS system to the latest available version.
If upgrade is not an option for you, please re-run the failed task and install the hotfix for 64-bit OBAS 4.5.5 by running
# rpm -Uvh billing-4.5.5-57.swsoft.x86_64.rpm # service hspcd restart
hspc-upgrade-manager --finish will cause OBAS downtime for several minutes.
