When removing a domain the following message is displayed in UI
An unforeseen error occurred. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Error ID: 1434884023314
The following line appears in
/var/log/poa.log on the management node:
Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "identities_uni0" Detail: Key (login)=(email@example.com) already exists.
The issue may also manifest itself during subscription removal in Business Automation, the following error is faced upon pressing 'Destroy' button:
Destroying service of Subscription #1000321 failed: Parallels Operations Automation error #1: org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not execute statement. Error Code: 0x49f35451. Click here to find a solution Report ID: 10391"
Internal issue POA-95311 has been filed regarding such behavior.
Please contact PTA/TAM to trace the status of POA-95311. As a workaround please remove either of the users, firstname.lastname@example.org from customer A or email@example.com from customer B, then attempt to remove the domain again. If Users tab is not available, pem.removeUser API call can be used.
