550 SC-001 (BAY004-MC1F14) Unfortunately, messages from <OBAS server IP address> weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. (in reply to MAIL FROM command)
According to AOL Error Codes
Recipient address rejected This error indicates that the AOL member email address no longer exists or the address is misspelled.
Please ask the
firstname.lastname@example.org address owner to check if the address is valid and replace it with a working e-mail address if necessary.
The error concerns all domains that are hosted on Hotmail DNS servers even if they do not have "hotmail" in their names. According to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors the 550 SC-001 error is
Mail rejected by Outlook.com for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for help.
It seems that the IP address of your OBAS server is in the Hotmail's block list. To resolve that, please contact Hotmail.
