Customer cannot access CP with error: "Member # does not exist." Account (user) exists only in BA, but not in OA.
Existing BA subscriptions stucks in 'Ordered'-'Not Provisioned' status, Payment Order is 'Waiting for payment'.
For some reason, task on account creation in OA failed (OA was not available for example). This can be found in BA CP:
System - Settings - Events - Account Created - Event ID*** - Event log
Execution Failed: Operations Automation is not available. Connection to * has failed: Connection timeout. Please check network settings.
Make sure network issues are resolved, resubmit failed event.
