When a customer logs into Horde webmail of
<MAIL_USER_1>, closes the tab, and then tries to log into webmail as
<MAIL_USER_2>, login failed error is thrown.
The problem occurs because browser uses the same session for opening webmail from CCP. The request POA-80805 has been submitted to change such behavior in future versions.
Please contact your account manager to trace the status of the request POA-80805. Possible workarounds for the issue are the following:
- Log-off in the first web mail window explicitly
- Use different browsers for different logins
Also alternative webmail solutions supported in OA (AtMail, Open-Xchange) can be used.
