Transactions made with the ServiRed payment plug-in are in Error status with the following message:
El estado de la transacción ha sido cambiado de 'Pendiente' a 'Error' por el proveedor.
Despite that status, documents paid by transactions in question are Completed.
The payments were processed by OBAS correctly, therefore please contact ServiRed support to clarify why the transaction was marked with the Error status.
If this issue appears after OBAS SSL certificate was changed under Top > Configuration Director > Miscellaneous Settings > SSL Setup > Certificate tab, please check your newly installed certificate using online SSL Certificate Checker. Most probably the issue is caused by a missing root or intermediate certificate on the server.
