When opening the applications list CCP > Applications it appears to be empty in a while. The following error displays:
APS Catalog error: Operation too slow. Less than 500 bytes/sec transferred the last 30 seconds Retry Your search did not match any apps.
Proxy server is used to access the application catalog. While the proxy server downloads required files, PA does not receive a response and the timeout limits are triggered.
This behavior is caused by software issue #PPA-2416. The fix is included in MU #12.
