A new order in Odin Online Store cannot be completed with the following error:
Your order is identified as potentially fraudulent. Please contact Parallels Customer Service team to get the details.
Data discrepancy is found in your billing information and your Online Store account.
Make sure that the name of the Online Store account and the name on card are the same. Refer to the following articles for instructions about changing account and billing information:

Also make sure that your current location matches IP address and location where your card was issued.
