Domain admin contact changes are not propagated to the Registrar automatically. When customer/Provider's staff member do any changes on the admin contacts of the registered domain, they should go to domain management in the Control Panel and press the button "Manage Contacts", then "Update". It is required that Parallels Automation would automatically propagate admin contact changes to the domain Registrar side.
The feature with ID PBA-51298 is implemented in the version 6.0 of the PBA-E.
The feature requires that:
1) Manage Contacts functionality is supported by the domain plugin. 2) "Manage Contacts Supported" feature is set to "Automatical Update" for every domain zone
