In POA Customer Control Panel, when a customer tries to add a domain registered elsewhere he is prompted with error message:
Domain with such name already exists.
In POA the domain does really exist, but one of below is true:
- The status of the domain is "Disabled".
- The domain is registered to another customer.
The domain exists on POA side, this is why the domain can not be added within CCP with the correct error message.
Please verify whether the domain is in use or not (you can check if it belongs to another customer via Provider Control Panel at POA > Services > Domains). If the domain is not in use, then it can be deleted from POA and re-added back from CCP to the appropriate customer.
