Disksize of the
/usr/local/pem/var/cores/ directory used by PPA is growing up.
This happens due to failed tasks. When some task failed, the agent core dump will be created and placed to this directory:
[root@server ~]# ll -h /usr/local/pem/var/cores/ total 62M drwxr-x--- 2 root psaadm 4.0K Jul 16 12:17 archives -rw------- 1 pemuser pemgroup 69M Sep 3 23:46 core.1222 -rw------- 1 pemuser pemgroup 68M Sep 4 10:50 core.18348 -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 866 Jul 16 12:17 migration.log
If you have a lot of failed tasks under the
Scheduled tasks tab in the
Task Manager, this directory will take a lot of diskspace.
You should get rid of failed tasks either by fixing the root cause of the failure or just cancel tasks. Once it has done, you can clean up the
/usr/local/pem/var/cores/ directory from core dump files.
