I tried to add Kaspersky/Dr.Web to a license through the Customer Panel and I got the error: "There is nothing to upgrade".
Bug PBAS-29503 was submitted and was fixed in OBAS 4.5.3.
To resolve the issue, please upgrade to the latest version as described in How to upgrade OBAS system to the latest available version.

Installation instructions are as follows.
for 32 bit OS:
rpm -Ufv hspc-plugin-lm-ka-4.5.2-26.swsoft.i386.rpm hspc-upgrade-manager --finish
for 64 bit OS:
rpm -Ufv hspc-plugin-lm-ka-4.5.2-31.swsoft.x86_64.rpm hspc-upgrade-manager --finish
hspc-upgrade-manager --finish will cause OBAS downtime for several minutes.
