An outdated license is installed on a Plesk node by OBAS. On the node in question the following can be seen in
License key expires: YYYY-MM-DD
where the date is in the past.
Also, in OBAS when you go Top > Service Director > License Manager > Licenses and select the license in question its Expiration date is in the past.
The software issue PBAS-29558 that was fixed in OBAS 4.5.3.
To resolve the issue, please upgrade to the latest version as described in How to upgrade OBAS system to the latest available version.
As a workaround, please go Top > Service Director > License Manager > Licenses > Select the license in question and click "Get License from KA Server".
