During subscription service plan switch the following error appears:
Current usage of resource XXX exceeds the resource limit for the plan you are trying to switch to
Resource XXX is currently used in subscription. Error means that limit of resource XXX in new service plan will be less, then current resource usage. New limit is calculated as included amount of resource in new service plan + additional amount of resource already purchased in subscription.

There are several ways to resolve the issue, depending on service plans rates configuration.
Subscription is currently using 5 units of resource XXX. 2 units are included in current service plan and 3 units were purchased additionally. New service plan does not have resource XXX included at all. Then after service plan switch customer will have limit of resource XXX set to 3. Possible resolutions are:
- customer can purchase 2 more additional amounts of resource XXX
- new plan can be updated so, that 2 units of resource XXX are included
- customer can decrease resource usage at least up to 3 by removing unnecessary services
