When trying to purchase subscription in store error appears:
Subscription Period XXX is not available for Subscription of Plan YYY.
There are several ways to workaround this issue:
- Remove disabled subscription period XXX from plan YYY.
- Set Expand By Default option to Yes for the sales categorie to which plan YYY belongs. Note that this will change the way plans are displayed in store.
PBA Home> Products> Service Plans> Plan YYY > Publication Settingsset Default Subscription Period that should be selected in Store when the plan YYY is selected.
