The subscription (e.g. a certificate) was purchased without the service parameter that is marked as "Required" in the service template. This may result in the provisioning error, e.g.:
Table SubscrParamValue doesn't contain row with id XXXX, CSRID.
Or an order was placed without required resources even though the resource category is configured correctly (Display Type Radio Button, optional no).
Why was it possible to place such order?
Under certain circumstances (certain set of customers actions in the online store) it is possible to place such orders, the are two known cases:
- An installation is below 5.5.4. The customer has used "Cancel" button in the store, but the service plan was not removed from the cart and the customer placed an order. The issue is a bug with id #PBA-52676 ("It is possible to purchase a service plan in the online store without entering the required parameters").
- The customer used Back button in the browser and then placed an order. The issue is a bug with id #PBA-60003 ("Using Back browser button in Store allows to place order without required parameters, resources")
- Update an installation to PBA 5.5.4 or above to avoid such situation in future. The failed order shall be cancelled and a new one, with all the parameters filled, placed instead.
- The bug will be fixed in one of the next PBA updates.
