When trying to buy some additional resource for a subscription under CCP v1 > Account > Buy Additional Resources one can see an error:
Resources of the Subscription #<SUB_ID> cannot be Upgraded/Downgraded now. Please contact your provider to resolve the issue and then try to upgrade resources again.
Resources amounts for the subscription were not changed. To proceed with upgrade or downgrade, enter the new resource(s) amount(s) into New Limit fields. The allowed range for each resource is shown on click in the New Limit field.
- Show in CP option of affected resource in affected subscription is set to No.
- Affected resources are not included in a resource category.
- Billing provider's Guide states that Resource Rates of a Service Plan should be visible in order to buy additional resources for a subscription.
So in order to resolve the issue it is required to enable this parameter for all needed resources in the Service Plan settings.
To do it, go to Billing Control Panel > Products > Service Plans >
<Service Plan ID> > Resource Rates tab and adjust each needed resource by clicking on it, clicking Edit, and setting a tick near "Show in CP".
If needed, synchronize the setting to existing subscriptions. Note that option Update Prices should be used during synchronization.
Also, the setting can be updated separately for each needed resource in a certain subscription through Billing Home> Operations> Subscriptions>

- Also, Billing Provider Guide states that in order for a Resource Rate to be shown in the customer CP/Online Store it must be included to an appropriate Resource Category.
If it is necessary, add Resource Rates for the Service Plan according to the Billing Provider's Guide
