I have a PENDING subscription changes, one of which can be seen in Odin Business Automation - Standard (OBAS) under:
Top > Configuration Director > Logging and Errors > Action Log
1434055 Error Failed #131673 Order on Container Hosting Process provisioning for document; Process document #131673 Attention!Operation has failed with Error Code # -5. See Problem # p2014-04-03_12-05-45.1 for details.
The following error is shown in the problem report:
[2014/04/03 12:05:45] [ERROR]  [HSPC::MT::Billing::process_documents] Can't process doc #131673: provisioning failed: Can't call method "nodes" on an undefined value at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/HSPC/MT/Billing/Subscription_ve.pm line 456.
A database inconsistency -- a Node Group exists in the database but is missing in OBAS under
PCC > Top > Service Director > Virtuozzo Manager > Node Groups
Such behavior was considered to be a software issue PBAS-24899 and was fixed in OBAS release 4.5.3.
To resolve the issue, please upgrade to at least 4.5.3 as described in How to upgrade OBAS system to the latest available version.
If upgrade is not an option for you, there is a hotfix for earlier versions.
Since the hotfix requires complex manipulations with the database, it is recommended to contact Odin Technical Support for assistance.
