Order is in the status "Provisioning Failed". On Provisioning Items tab (and in the subscription service history tab) there is an error for failed item:
Service Creation Failed: Parallels Operations Automation error # == Error while calling pem.activateSubscription == error_code = 2000 error_message = Attempt to use inactive service template #XXX. Subscription #YYY does not exist...
Service template #XXX is inactive in POA.
- Go to
POA Top> Service Director> Provisioning Manager> Service Templates > Service Template #XXX.
- Go to the Resources tab, make sure the limits for all resources are correctly defined.
- Return to the General tab and press "Activate".
- Resubmit the failed order for provisioning in PBA.
