Parallels Plesk Automation (PPA) Provider Panel is inaccessible via branding domain name https://brand.domain.tld:8443 but it is available via IP address https://192.168.0.1:8443.
When I go to
Hosting Panel in Top > Brands > Login as customer > WebspacesI can see that required webspace is in 'Disabled' state.
In Plesk action log https://192.168.0.1:8443/plesk/actionlog/ for required period I can see that branding domain was disabled right after scheduled daily maintenance task 'Schedule Daily Maintenance' execution which runs in midnight:
127.0.0.1 admin [2014-02-18 00:00:33] 'Update Domain Status' ('Domain Name': 'brand.domain.tld' => 'brand.domain.tld', 'Extended status of domain': 'active' => 'disabled', 'Status': '0' => '2')
Resource overuse was detected on branding domain.
Log in to Parallels Plesk Automation (PPA) Management node. Enable required branding domain using command line utility:
[root@ppa ~] /usr/local/psa/bin/subscription --webspace-on brand.domain.tld
Log in to Plesk back-end https://192.168.0.1:8443/plesk-hosting/, you should open this url twice for successful redirection.
All subscriptions > subscription of branding domain. Check the resources of branding domain. Click on Customize button and increase required resources limits which were overused.
