Symptoms
Several Plesk Domains/Plesk Clients are shown with status "Auxiliary" in Plesk Manager:
Top > Service Director > Plesk Manager > Nodes > %plesk_node% > Plesk Domains
Top > Service Director > Plesk Manager > Nodes > %plesk_node% > Plesk Clients
What does it mean?
Auxiliary Plesk Domain
Auxiliary Plesk domains are ones that exist in Plesk node and assigned to Plesk Client subscriptions managed by OBAS. Auxiliary Plesk domains are managed through Customer Panel as a part of Plesk Client subscription, they are not editable by OBAS.
If the resource Number of domains with DNS hosting provided is not "0" in Plesk Client hosting plan, DNS zones of Auxiliary domains exist in OBAS.
Number of domains which the customer is allowed to create for his Plesk Client subscription is configured in Billable Resource "Number of Domains" of the Plesk Client hosting plan.
Auxiliary Plesk Client
During provisioning of a Plesk Domain subscription to a Plesk node a new domain is created in Plesk. Since Plesk Panel does not allow creating a domain without an owner, OBAS creates a new Auxiliary client first. Auxiliary Plesk client is not editable by OBAS.
