One of our customers made an order for an additional IP for Plesk Domain or Plesk Client subscriptions. But the order is still Pending state.
The following error appears in DEBUG PBA-S log (/var/log/hspc/hspc.log):
[2014/02/17 16:40:17] [ERROR]  [HSPC::MT::BM::Subscription::PleskClientSubscription::provision_client_on_plesk] No free IPs found for Plesk
Verify IP pool of type "
IPs for Plesk Domain and Client Hosting" exists:
Top > Service Director > IP Manager > IP Pools
If there are many free IP addresses of type "IPs for Plesk Domain and Client Hosting" in PBAS but the error still appears it is required to check these IP addresses on the Plesk nodes. It can be that these IP addresses are already registered on Plesk nodes. If such IP addresses are registered in Plesk but not used by any domain you may want to remove them from Plesk.
