I've configured E-Mail Gate to receive problem reports in my PBA-S. Tickets should be created when customers send emails to firstname.lastname@example.org.
But tickets are not created. There are many messages with subject "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" shown in Support Manager of Provider's panel (
Top > Account Director > Support Manager > Trouble Tickets).
The following error exists in the message body:
<root@%pbas%> (expanded from <ts_gw@%pbas%>): cannot update mailbox /var/mail/root for user root. error writing message: File too large
The following errors are shown in the log (

Mail queue file is overloaded:
[root@hspc ~]# ls -lh /var/mail/root -rw------- 1 root root 1.4G Jan 22 09:11 /var/mail/root [root@hspc ~]#
Task #16 "Check mail queue" fails with timeout error.
Remove old email messages from mail queue. It's recommended that you remove old emails using Data Retention at
Top > Configuration Director > Miscellaneous Settings > Data Retention: Remove outdated emails
