Customers are unable to create Reverse DNS records in their control panels as the drop down menu for the "Name" field does not return any information.

The "Reverse DNS" tab is shown in CP since the option "Manage PTR records for Containers in Control Panel" is enabled in Domain Manager under
Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Setup.
Management of Reverse DNS through CP is not implemented in OBAS 4.x. There is a feature request for future implementation, its ID is PBAS-9513.
Customer-manageable Reverse DNS is possible for Plesk Domains and Containers only. For details please refer to Managing Reverse DNS (Adding PTR Records)
