Synchronization of the Online Store is failing with the following error message:
Synchronization failed with error: Error while transmission one of the images ID #XXX.
In the BLOBDOC.log log file on the PBA Application Server the following error message appears:
ExceptionResult: Table Document doesn't contain row with id XXX
Broken logo is used for the Online Store (PBA Provider CP > Product Director > Online Store Manager > General Parameters > DESIGN > LOGO). It may happen if the Online Store was imported.
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Log into the Provider Control Panel
- Go to Product Director > Online Store Manager > General Parameters > DESIGN
- Click the 'LOGO' link
- Click 'Set Default'
- Synchronize the Online Store.
- Upload new logo after successful Online Store synchronization.
