CEP report (PBA Provider Control Panel > System Information > Parallels Reporting > CEP Reporting) is enabled but is not being sent from PBA automatically.
When trying to send report manually the 'Connection timed out' error occurs:

PBA application server can not resolve the
Make sure that the
report.parallels.com may be resolved from the PBA Application Server.
