Symptoms

A provisioning order of a recently created subscription was cancelled:

Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > %subscription name% > Orders

The subscription remains in the "Pending" status. How to change its status?

Resolution

To change status of the subscription it's suggested that you terminate it. For example:

Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > %subscription name% > Terminate

Remember to confirm terminating to remove the subscription from OBAS completely.
