We are having problems with PBA-S processing domain renewals a few hours later than they expire, causing some customers' websites and email to go offline for a few hours.
We would like to configure PBA-S to process payments for domain registration renewal orders before the subscription end-date. Please advise us on how this can be done.
Renewal orders are generated several days before the subscription expiration date. This property is configured in the Credit Terms; see the section
Renewal order period.
Rules for processing renewal orders are defined in "Renewal order generation" settings of the subscription (in the hosting plan).
Generate renewal orders and try to pay them automatically means that the renewal order will be generated and processed automatically only if the customer has a valid payment method (i.e., a valid credit card) or positive balance.
If the customer account has a valid credit card, but renewal orders are still not processing automatically, refer to this KB for troubleshooting.
If the customer does not have a positive balance, the order will be processed as soon as the customer pays for it.
To avoid late payments, it is suggested that you create an Action on the Event
