An order to provision the Virtuozzo license gets stuck in "Provisioning" status until timeout, meanwhile the license gets provisioned.
In KAGATE.log there is an error:
"Activation Data is required by license but it is not an APS license"
The problem in the PBA-E logic, the bug with id #PBA-51220 ("The order that includes the license may stay in the Provisioning status if the license requires activation") has been confirmed.
Complete an order manually by triggering an event "Upgrade Completed"
Home> Configuration Director> Event Manager Settings> Event Types> Event Type Upgrade Completed
Trigger Event button
insert the parameters like:
OrderItemID=<OItemID>; IssuedSuccessfully=1; Message=Required amount of Resource #X was set for Subscription #X. ; GateID=11
OItemID is a provisioning item id, which can be found in the Sales Order, Provisioning Items tab.
Update PBA to 5.5.4 or above, where the issue is fixed.
