A customer has requested an upgrade to a new plan:
CP > Account > Change Hosting Plan
The request fails with this error:

The problem will be fixed in a future PBA-S update that will be released after version 4.5. The bug is PBAS-28978.
A workaround for PBA-S 4.3 is changing the Hosting Plan through PCC:
PCC > Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > Change Hosting Plan
