Order on domain transfer fails in PBA due to the wrong transfer key a customer entered during order placing in the Online Store. Provider wants to change domain transfer key to the correct one.
Follow the steps below to correct the domain transfer key.
- Log into PBA Provider Control Panel
- Go to Operation Director > Sales Manager > Customers Orders
- Find the failed order on click on it
- Switch to the 'Provisioning Items' tab
- Click on the domain transfer item in the 'Item ID' column (not in the 'Subscription ID' column)
- Enter the correct value in the 'Transfer key' field and save changes
