During upgrade of Hosted Exchange organization from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007, you get the error message:
Upgrade to next Exchange version failed. Could not upgrade organization '<organization ID>' to next Exchange version. Could not find 'Exchange2007Autodiscover' server with enough capacity to add the additional services. Please contact your vendor to resolve the issue.

In Exchange 2007 new services were introduced which did not exist in Exchange 2003, including Exchange autodiscover. Branding for these services is not configured properly in POA.

Login to POA Control Panel of the corresponding customer's vendor - Provider or reseller. Locate the customer account the problem subscription belongs to under Operations Director > Customer Manager. On the 'Summary' tab under 'Branding' information you can find the name of the brand customer account is created under:

Then, open Marketing Director > Branding Manager > Brands and click on the customer's brand you just found.

Open the 'Service Branding' tab and then 'Exchange Branding' tab below it. If you see any service as 'Not Configured', this is what is causing the error:

To resolve the problem, you can either configure branding or turn it off completely (for reseller this means that provider's hostnames will be used).

You can click a non-configured service, click 'Edit' and then either enable branding or turn if off completely. Once you have no 'Not configured' services in Exchange branding, you should be able to upgrade an Exchange organization from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007.
