A provider wants to cancel a customer account and all of the customer's active subscriptions using a single cancellation order. PBA does not allow this; the following error message is displayed:
Please cancel all active subscriptions one-by-one and then cancel account.
Starting from PBA 5.4.4, an account with active subscriptions cannot be canceled. The provider (or reseller) must cancel all existing subscriptions of a customer, and only then can they cancel the customer account.
The ability to cancel a customer account with active subscription(s) will be available in PBA 5.5.
