Switching from the POA Control Panel to PBA does not work - after clicking the 'Billing' link in the POA Control Panel, the session ends and the PBA login page is displayed instead of the PBA Control Panel. Also POA right frame may be duplicated instead of showing the PBA page
The following error message is logged in the log files of the AMT and WWW containers (amt.log and www.log) on the PBA Application Server:
No root access granted for this address
The IP address of the POA Control Panel Server is absent in the ip_access.db file on the PBA Application server.
Put IP addresses of all POA UI and Branding servers into the ip_access.db file on the PBA Application server to make it possible to log in to PBA with the common password from these IPs:
C:\Program Files\Parallels\PBA\conf\ip_access.db(this is the default path, it may be changed on a specific installation)
ssm restart pba
Add the IP address to the special section  in the ip_access.db file.
Use the proper format of records in the file, like this(please make sure that there is no space after true):
 192.168.1.101 = true
