Customer set up two different Out-of-Office replies in Outlook or OWA:
- for users "inside my organization"
- for users "outside of my organization"
So, mailbox owner configured different notifications for users inside their company and for external users.
When somebody on the whole POA-managed Hosted Exchange installation send an email to the mentioned above user they always get the reply configured for users from "inside my organization" even though sender is not in the customer organization (subscription). If somebody writes email message from outside Hosted Exchange (e.g. Google mail, Hotmail) they get the reply configured for users from "outside my organization".
So, everybody from Hosted Exchange installation gets the reply from "inside my organization" and they should get "outside of my organization" instead if they do not belong to the same customer subscription.
In current integration of POA + Exchange + HMC (provisioning system) there is no such isolation between customer subscriptions.
The problem is going to be solved in the future POA updates.
