SymptomsProvider (or reseller) cannot synchronize the Online Store, PBA-E shows the following error message at Top > Product Director > Online Store Manager > Synchronization Settings when Provider clicks the button Synchronize:
Operation failed with error code : 7; couldn't connect to host
In the log file /usr/local/bm/log/STORES.log on PBA-E Managemenet Node the following exceprtion may be found during the Online Store synchronization:

[12-01-17 10:09:49.867 Worker1.5 TH21188 TRC] ... *** INTERRUPTED BY EXCEPTION *** ErrorMessage* STORES::StoreSyncConfSynchronize_API(Int)
CauseWeb server is stopped on the Online Store server.
PBA-E is trying to connect to the URL https://store.provider.com:443/index.php shown in the log above and cannot do this.
