Symptoms
There is a reseller subscribed to a plan of the “Virtuozzo Dedicated Node” type. Consequently, the reseller is a Virtuozzo node owner. The node is Available, Registered and new containers are allowed on it, its resources are far from exhaustion.
Nevertheless, when the reseller tries to create a new container on the node they get the “There is no Hardware Node to create a new Container on” message.
Cause
The plan the reseller wants to create a new container on was copied from the Provider's existing hosting plan. When a plan is copied from the Provider it inherits all the Provider’s properties including hardware nodes. But the node in question is assigned to the reseller and thus it cannot be used in such plans.
Resolution
The reseller should create his own hosting plans of the “Virtuozzo Container” type, not copy the existing Provider’s ones.
