Symptoms

The eNom plugin to resell SSL certificates is configured in PBA-S. The wrong price (for a different product) is displayed during new service plan creation at  Top > Billing Director > Product Manager > Hosting Plans > SSL certificates for products Comodo EssentialSSL Wildcard and Comodo Premium SSL Wildcard as shown below:

Cause

eNom provides incorrect information (prices are swapped between these two products) to PBA-S during a lookup over the API.

Resolution

Parallels is working with eNom to resolve this issue. Until the issue is fully resolved, bear this fact in mind while setting retail prices for such hosting plans.
