SymptomsCustomer purchased container in PBA-S, logged into their control panel and want to download log file to their local workstation.
Howevver, PBA-S does not allow to download file, the following red error appears on the screen in customer control panel:
Downloading has been interrupted: you cannot download a file exceeding 5MB.
Indeed, size of log file the customer want to download is more than 5 MB.
The similar error message appears when the customer tries to upload big file to their container:
The requested entity is too large. Probably the file you are trying to upload is too large.
CauseIn the default installation PBA-S imposes 5 MB limit on size of a file which may be downloaded/uploaded in customer control panel. That is why customer does see error message and cannot download/upload file.
ResolutionTo solve the problem Provider needs to adjust value of the parameters MAX_FILE_DOWNLOAD_SIZE and MAX_FILE_UPLOAD_SIZE in the PBA-S configuration file /etc/hspc/hspc.conf to the desired values.
PBA-S backend must be restarted for the changes to take effect, run the following command to do that:
# /etc/init.d/hspcd restart
