Symptoms

Customer assigned Parallels Plesk Panel hosting on the domain in POA Customer CP. POA failed to provision domain to Parallels Plesk Panel.

Domain is Not in sync and the domain status is Failed to Add in POA Customer CP. The following error is shown near the domain status:
1017 : The feature does not supported in Power User mode

Cause

POA does not support Plesk with the enabled Power User View.

Resolution

In Parallels Plesk Panel switch Power User View to Service Provider View:
Log into Parallels Plesk Panel > Tools & Utilities > Interface Management > select Service Provider View

After that recreate domain with Parallels Plesk Panel hosting from POA Customer CP again:
POA Customer CP > Sites & Domains > select domain > click the Resubmit to Parallels Plesk Panel button.
