Below you can find short descriptions of Plesk Migration Manager log structure, which can be useful for more effective investigation of possible migration problems:

Linux

Destination server:

/usr/local/psa/PMM/logs/ - PMM front-end logs

/usr/local/psa/PMM/msessions/ - migration logs, i.e. before restore

/usr/local/psa/PMM/rsessions/ - restore logs

Windows

Source server:

%plesk_dir%\PleskMigrationAgent\WINAgentMng.RemotingDomain - PMM Agent log

Destination server:

%plesk_dir%\PMM\logs\ - PMM front-end logs

%plesk_dir%\PMM\msessions\ - migration logs, i.e. before restore

%plesk_dir%\PMM\rsessions\ - restore logs

In the attachment you can find a special script, the Plesk Migration Manager logs collector. This script packs a zip file containing records for the last found day in PMM/sessions, PMM/rsessions and also a dump of backup settings tables from the Plesk database. Content of this zip file can be used for detailed investigation of all possible migration problems. It is a cross-platform script and you can use it in the following way:

Linux:

#/usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun ./report_pmm_logs.php

Windows:

%plesk_bin%\php.exe" -d auto_prepend_file="" report_pmm_logs.php
