OBAS Online Store shows 404 'Not Found' error with the following text:
No Web Site Is Configured At This Address Please use Fully Qualified Domain Name instead of an IP Address. The site could be temporarily unavailable. Try again in a few moments.
Most probably incorrect URL was used to open Online Store and Apache server cannot find corresponding website in its own configuration. Online Store must be opened using the URL which is configured in OBAS in Store Manager.
- It is also makes sense to check if the SECURE KEY value from
/var/opt/hspc-frontend/includes/settings.inimatches the one under Top > Commerce Director > Store Manager > Configure Store > Security Settings
Log into OBAS PCC, go Top > Commerce Director > Store Manager > Configure Store > General Settings. The parameter '
Store URL' in the section '
Site Settings' contains correct URL of the Online Store.
You may either copy URL and insert it into browser manually or just click on the link and the Online Store will be opened in new window or tab in current browser.
- Go Top > Commerce Director > Store Manager > Configure Store > Security Settings, click on the key next to the current store hostname, copy Key Value. Log in to the OBAS server, open the
/var/opt/hspc-frontend/includes/settings.inifile and make sure that the SECURE_KEY value matches the copied Key Value.
