Provider created IP pool with free addresses, attached this IP pool to the needed shared host(s) in POA but still customers whose webspaces are hosted on the host are getting error message "No available IP address found" in CP trying to switch their webspace to exclusive IP.
There may be several reasons why customers cannot switch their shared webspaces to exclusive IP address.
1. IP pool is only attached to the host and not configured as routable network.
To solve the problem you need to go to the host you attached IP pool to > switch to the 'Networking' tab > switch to the 'Routable networks' sub-tab > add IP pool there as well.
2. IP pool was created with incorrect parameters:
2.1. The value "Shared hosting" was not selected for the 'Purpose' parameter in IP pool properties, so POA cannot select needed IP pool for shared webspaces.
To solve the problem go to IP pool properties and add "Shared Hosting" to the 'Purpose' parameter.
2.2. IP pool was created as available for specified customers only and customer who is trying to switch their webspace to exclusive IP address is not added to the list of allowed accounts.
To solve the problem go to IP pool properties > switch to the 'Accounts' tab > add needed customer account to the list of allowed ones.
