ResolutionFirst, please make sure you have entirely updated Mac OS X software and all firmware is installed on your Macintosh computer. If the message appears again, follow the steps below:
- Close Parallels Desktop for Mac if it’s running.
- Put your Macintosh computer to sleep mode (Apple - Sleep).
- Wait about 2 minutes.
- Wake up your Mac.
- Try to start Parallels Desktop for Mac again.
