Customer created trouble ticket in BA control panel and they want to attach file to the ticket.

BA does not allow customer to attach file, the following error message is shown: Sorry, the size of your attachment file exceeds upper limit 100 Kb.


BA has limit for files which may be uploaded in control panel, this limit is set to 100Kb by default.


Provider may increase limit on size of files which may be uploaded in BA control panel: * Log into BA Provider Control Panel * Go to Home > System > Settings > Messaging > Attachment settings * Adjust value of the parameter Maximum Size of File for Upload(Kb)
